Was delivered in good condition no damage protected in packaging. The laptop looks good. No scratches or any obvious external damage. Can look good with stickers on the back of screen for a personal flair but nice as is. Overall happy with my purchase and buying from this seller.

I did install Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC on it and have had no problems with it running smoothly. Very unnoticeable use. No scratches on the screen or cover. Doesn't come with OEM charger; however, it still works great with a lasting battery life. I've ran it for maybe an hour and only ran it down to about 70%. Very great deal.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.
