The devices work properly. From a user's perspective, the INP 28 and OUT 28 sockets would be better placed on the back of the transverter; perhaps for some reason, that's not possible. Remember to set the receiving antenna to RX A in SmartSDR. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I have a Flex 8600 and wanted to play a bit on 2m again and this was the ticket. Easy to install, no issues at all. The hardest thing was getting it configured in the Flex SDR software, but that is kinda normal….the Flex software in not intuitive. Unit puts out a solid 12+ watts and to my surprise I was able to hit a VHF repeater 60 miles from my house ( as well as all of my local repeaters). 100% recommend!!
