The seller accepted return of the phone and promptly issued a refund. I was pleased how this was handled, but I needed the phone quickly, and this did set me back several days.

One minor suggestion: the title should really have a space between the g981 and UW. Without the space it is a little confusing because there is actually a g981u model which is NOT this phone (and even has different specs, more ram), and this phone is a g981v. All of the phones we have ever purchased including this one was in better condition than described! Why pay $1200 for a phone you can get for $200 or less?? Shipping was done through FedEx and it came in 2-3 days!! The phones was packed in a nice box so it wouldn't be damaged in transport and it even came with a new charger and wall plug.
