It’s a very good system however, if you’re trying to play this for games, you are going to want to upgrade the video card. I did that in this computer is a beast now for the price for what you’re getting. It’s a very good deal but if you think you’re gonna take it out of the box and automatically play anything other than Fortnite it’s not gonna work that way you gotta upgrade the graphics card you do that and it’s a really good computer. I have no complaints

The 1030. Wish it would’ve come with a working card with a higher grade like a 2060, but for the price you can’t complain a new card will have to be put in ,front headphone jacks don’t work, computer shell is in good condition so is the monitor. No complaints there! The only issue I had was with the video card not working otherwise good seller

David call me 5 times after he sent a hard drive that needed replaced because there was a hard drive problem. System was a bargin. Supper fast. Internet speed 1.3 TB with the pc. The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
