    Vantec 3.5” enclosure with fan works great, I now have four of these that I’ve bought over the past five years. I only ever had one that mysteriously stopped working, but overall they are solid and I use them daily. Vantec Store is good to buy from as well, no problems with purchase.

    5 star seller, item arrived fast and exactly as described. This HDD enclosure is very easy to install or remove a harddrive. I really like that it has a built in cooling fan, with an on / off switch and manual speed control. The top of the enclosure runs pretty cool even if left on for 12 hrs at 75-85 degree ambient temps with a 6TB high speed HDD. The fan's noise at full speed is nominal. I like it !!!.
