Only once did they accidently send the wrong type of cable so I contacted them and they got back to me immediately told me to keep the wrong cable I recieved and sent me the correct one that day all for free. They treated me excellently and all for an item they are getting less than $2 for I mean if that doesnt sell you I dk what will.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
