Computer was a breeze to set up, well ok, it did take some time to DL and install updates, but that's typical of most computers. The one issue I am having is the plug and play Wi-Fi adapter continuously loses connection. which was never an issue on my old computer with a built-in Wi-Fi adapter. I have contacted the seller for any advice on that.

This is a great company that will resolve any issues that you have with your purchase. The monitor was left out of my order, so I contacted Computer Depot. I used the website listed on the user's guide, which comes with your order, and did a live chat. My issue was resolved quickly. Mike from Computer Depot had the monitor sent right away. This is my second time purchasing from them and I will purchase from them again in the future.

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
