I bought 3 of these heat sink/brackets...they looked new, One had a small dent on the top center that kept the bracket from lying flat on the SSD. ( the package the part was in was in perfect condition, the dent happened before it was packaged). I removed the thermal pad, and carefully tapped out the dent with a piece of wood and a small hammer. Contacted the seller just to let him know about the damaged part, but also that I have 3 usable parts
