Two ordered items arrived by USPS as stated by seller in a timely manner. Items were well packaged in an additional envelope and an instruction sheet was also enclosed. Have finely been able to replace first pad and instructions were found to be excellent. This pad is now working correctly. To this point I am well satisfied with both product and seller.

Communication was very good, looked at the pics I sent and he let me know it was fixable. Also, explained how the "order" and "shipping" worked and turnaround time was fairly quick, about 3 weeks for me to send the remote, him to fix and send back.
