They must not have fit, and there are no returns for figment, so she made this reason up to try to get around the no return policy. If you don’t know your sizes, you simply shouldn’t buy clothing/shoes online. If I was at fault, I would gladly refund as you can see by my previous positive feedback on returns! I have pics
