I contacted the seller, and sent some pictures of it to them. They worked with me to make it alright by a refund amount which we settled on. The customer service from these folks is amazingly good, and they made sure I got a refund from eBay. TV came proffesionally packed with a truckload of bubblewrap and was packed in a very study box. The TV also functioned as stated and is really loud and has a great CRT display for my PS1 and PS2.
