This model with it's non upgradeable 16gb of ram is disappointing, and the limited storage options are also disappointing, why exactly could they not add in 1 more m.2 alot and even a single sodimm socket for future expansion idk... But as is it's a very capable 14in 2in1 and for my needs as a x86 capable tablet it will more than suffice, the performance is superb and the battery life is also great, the IO isn't bad aside from lack of ethernet

The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints. Shipping took a little long, but it was coming across the country so that is understandable. Fantastic seller would purchase from them again.
