After just one day of use, the fabric at base of the handle is already breaking down. Too expensive for such a low standard product, not worth the money. Didn't contact the seller about the poor quality of the product cos it is my own fault buying it online.

I think it would be useful if the instructions on how to set the lock and what the default setting is was included in the suitcase. Delivery was fast, packaging was ok, the bag had split but thankfully the suitcase was not damaged. I would recommend this seller and will definitely use again.

Had to receive the faulty one back first so the whole procedure took approx two weeks. The replacement I wasn't 100% happy with as the lining inside didn't completely cover the bottom. However I didn't have time to wait another 2 weeks for another replacement, and as this was my only issue I decided to keep it.
