I told them there is a small broken stone and they humbly apologized immediately and then get it fully refund. Rodney and Jess make every effort to communicate with buyers to do their best to ensure they are happy. They even use a trinocular microscope to examine their items. The blouse fit me lilke like a glove. The shipping cost was minimal and fully disclosed and the seller accepted returns. You paid a bit more for their item but if I remember correctly they not only accepted returns, but return shipping was for free! This seller was a delight to deal with.
