Although the tuner was packed well, the condition was fine but it did suffer a few impacts where it left the power switch bent and rear plastic guard pushed inward. I must have been dropped on the corners of the packaging. This tuner is a great value as the price was very fair for the condition it was in. Appearance was much better than I thought although the meter display is loose and MPX filter will need minor repair.
