Should've had more bubble wrap and had cardboard wrapped around it or in a box. Many gouges in the plastic wrapper 2 of which were enough to chip the paint showing silver underneath. It was the last bat in that size available also because returning is such a pain. We've decided to keep it as it's cosmetic damage. Such a shame though. Are you willing to do anything to help with this matter?

The packaging it came in was very well put together and secure. Sadly it was still damaged but the seller was very quick to offer a return and helped me out very much.
