In a couple hours, I got a notification on my phone that there was an eSim ready to be activated. I tapped Activate and that was it. A minute later the new number was set up. Didn't work as described, eSIM would not activate, sent several QR codes that didn't work, and then denied a refund. Only offer to resolve this was to contact T-Mobile on a conference call and do troubleshooting. When asked to refund, was told that T-Mobile's policy is no refunds or returns, which is irrelevant since the purchase was not with T-Mobile but with eBay.
