However, the Win11Pro was already set up with a local user instead of standard OEM installations that allow the end user to complete installation with their choices. I made sure it was registered to my MS account and then blew the HDD away, as I didn't know what the refurbisher may have chosen or done. Wireless dongle not recognized either. Overall happy with my purchase!

I wish communication had been clearer, we agreed on something via messages but they didn’t deliver. Then I basically got ghosted. Now, item arrived fine (although with incorrect storage) and has worked so far. The wifi usb didn’t work but that’s not a big deal.
