The price was the better one for the 16 gb of RAM models, being a similar price to the 8 gb of ram models, which is great. The quality was a little less than I expected, with half of the screen's border being off and the keyboard not being as in of good shape as i hoped. but overall it looked fine and those issues are more visual than practical, and considering the battery health was 91%, it was a good price.

While this listing says the device is Grade D, I find that the laptop is actually in pretty good condition, and for the price, and I'm quite satisfied. I didn't have to ask the seller anything, so I don't know how communicative they are, but everything advertised on the listing was exactly as I received. Shipping was fast too.
