The Slim Jim J-pole was well designed and expertly crafted including thoughtful features like the 3D printed hanging hook and joint covers, and well-implemented strain relief for the coax. I hung the antenna on a wall and analyzed its performance, finding SWR’s of under 1.1:1 on 2M and almost flat on 70cm. Great value, beautiful design! Bravo!!! I’ll likely buy another for the attic!

This makes an excellent antenna for my go-box, as it rolls up small enough to fit inside a .50 cal ammo can. If I ever need a replacement, I will be sure to get another N9TAX antenna.
