Seller told me I had a good deal as they accepted my best offer. Slickjolly does not accept returns, I asked for reasonable partial credit. I also had 2 technicians test the vacuum & both said: SEND IT BACK! I told (slickjolly,) about the techs opinions, then I never heard from the seller again. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company & I hope I win. Good grief. I filed a report to eBay and requested that eBay do more to protect it's sellers and their reputation from dishonest buyers like this one.
