A big shout-out to the seller and the Australia Post. I wish you guys recover soon! The tablet has heavy scratches all over the back and side with noticeable white spots when displaying a dark background. The system has a company/school MS account lock which can be bypassed with a local account. The keyboard has pealing edges. A grade B item indeed. Overall the item is good value for the money.
