A big shout-out to the seller and the Australia Post. I wish you guys recover soon! The tablet has heavy scratches all over the back and side with noticeable white spots when displaying a dark background. The system has a company/school MS account lock which can be bypassed with a local account. The keyboard has pealing edges. A grade B item indeed. Overall the item is good value for the money.

Aside from some small screen marks everything is in top-notch shape. Great value for the price. Rare to be pleasantly surprised these days….thanks very much for providing a great value product. The laptop did come as described, but would initially not start, because there had been a mixup with the supplied power supply. A bigger power supply was bought and the seller was quick to help with a solution. The seller was very good at communicating and the laptop is definitely with the money. It was a good purchase and purchase experience.
