Why I’m disappointed is that he showed pictures of the coin roll I purchased in the original bank wrap (ORW), but when the roll of coins arrived they weren’t in the ORW. I feel it was a bait and switch situation. The seller is a good communicator and willing to refund my money, but will not deliver the coin roll in the ORW as pictured in his ad. Thus giving this neutral feedback…….

When it was delivered, the item was in great condition and was well protected in it’s padded envelope. The item’s appearance was exactly as described and shown in the pictures.
