I received it yesterday and it looks better in person than in the photo! They even included a free baseball hat! Good folks to do business with.

Both myself and the seller were in contact with the courier and made a claim. The courier denied the claim twice. Cutting a long story short this seller went above and beyond to resolve the issue and I chose another guitar.
