      Item came well packed and extremely fast. Unfortunately, one of the rubber mounts for the hard drive was missing - I looked everywhere for it within the empty case and the box/package itself, but only three were supplied. This didn't really matter as the new hard drive was secured fairly well. A note to potential buyers of old WD hard drive cases: this case, as with others in the same series, may not work with other hard drives unless the internal flash memory IC U2 is disabled.
