The day after I ordered it the Dealership contacted me and had a Owners manual for me. I contacted the seller to cancel the order but was told it was being shipped. I requested a refund & return it. I was told the order was final and I couldn't return it & get my money back. When I emailed the seller to cancel the order originally they did not say it was non refundable.
