I've spent a few days testing it and comparing it to my older V3 fited with a spyverter for low frequency use. I'm very happy with the new V4 version with its inbuilt up converter. Very fast delivery. Great item at great value. Condition perfect. Seller excellent. Both seller and item recommended.

I'd definitely buy from this seller again (but not these!) and I'll be more careful when ordering them in future.
