It had 8GB, of single channel laptop RAM, which allowed me to add another 8GB of RAM, at just $35, at 16GB, of Dual channel laptop RAM. Having Windows 10 Pro already installed, saved me a lot of work and money, all I had to do, was update it.

Item was packed and delivered in a very timely manner. Received without any issues. The only issue was a faulty charger which they sent a new replacement the same day I notified them. Great experience all round and very happy with the quality and condition of the item. Amazing for the price! Will definitely buy from again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
