My order of this particular item had a problem in shipping. I contacted Retevis,; they responded promptly and resolved the problem.

Radios look and feel great even though listed as refurbished. Two of the batteries for the radios seem to have completely died when received package but was able to contact the seller and they were able to make it right by sending out some replacments.
