There were a few hairline scratches on the screen, but it is only visible when the laptop is off, so nothing major. One of the rubber feet is missing - but that doesn't affect the functionality of the laptop. Overall, this is very good value for a refurbished item. The seller responds quickly to messages as well. I would purchase again if I needed another laptop.

It's taken me about 5 hours over 4 days for it to move from 22H2, via updates to 23H2 and eventually it offered 24H2. Unexpected to have to do that much and I had to run some troubleshooters to get it to update after 22H2 finished updating. And now still doing updates to 24H2...

Item was packed and delivered in a very timely manner. Received without any issues. The only issue was a faulty charger which they sent a new replacement the same day I notified them. Great experience all round and very happy with the quality and condition of the item. Amazing for the price! Will definitely buy from again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
