Fortunately, the seller helped to contact Swiss Freight, so that we could track the goods. Of course, the goods arrived later than the expected time. When I received the item, the packaging was complete, but there was a dent on the exhaust pipe, and the seller was responsible for compensation. The seller was satisfied with the sorting process.

However I can’t knock the product that was recieved, as it was as described and I’m really happy with it. The seller also issued a small goodwill gesture to me which was much appreciated and shows great customer service. Thanks

Due to the delay we had to contact Marco several times for updates, he always responded in a very timely manner and gave us as much information as you could for the delay.
