Bought these as I have a couple of Dell SFF PC's and was thinking of possibly replacing the HDD with a faster SSD in the future. The 3.5" HDD Caddy will not take a 2.5" SSD. I've seen some guys, tape the SSD in place and I guess that works but looks real tech redneck! So thought it was best to get these and have them ready. Shipping was free but not real fast, which was fine as I wasn't in a rush.

Down side, not receiving keyboard and mouse as listed in the ad; messaged with seller a few times to initiate shipping of these two missing items versus $10 refund. The system does work well at this point, set it up after receiving the two items, being the important item for me. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint.
