You clearly refused to send me photographic evidence in messages. You sent me a picture of a different white cable when I requested the one I actually sold you. You also refused to show me the condition of the plugs and only showed me the other side of another black cable with 2 RJ12 plugs?? when I sent you a cable that was one end RJ12 and the other end RJ45. Your 'evidence' wasn't evidence.

I was in communication the whole time. When all this was pointed out in response to their claim they cancelled the refund request instantly. All said by me is true.

Only thing I would mention and I say this knowing it was my choice is that the shipping cost is high for the weight and box dimensions (Tracked 48 would cost around £3.90).
