Seller listing was with best offer option. Made them an offer which they responded with a counter of less than $1 off. So didn’t really make much difference vs the original listed price. Not sure why they have that feature on the listing. Also item listing said it would ship from NJ, shipped from GA and found after ordering their store says China on the seller page. Just random. Thank you

This item is to hold or contain fluid and there may be an unseen small crack that will appear once installed and contains HOT FLUID (Engine coolant) I will get this product installed in the coming months and then we shall see. It's nice knowing if it fails, I can contact someone and have it replaced.

It was packaged well, in a plastic bubble wrap inside a heavy cardboard box which was wrapped in a plastic envelope. The latch fit exactly as described and fixed my car's issue on the driver's side door not latching. The vendor contacted me via email after the latch was delivered wanting to know if I was satisfied with the item. I am very satisfied. The price was excellent.

The box was broken up and the part was hanging out of the box. The seller made things right by expediting another same part immediately while having UPS track down the original ordered part. The 2nd part that the seller sent arrived later to-night. This part box was delivered in Excellent condition! I will use this part because the original part was all battered up. THIS SELLER KEEPS THEIR WORD AND MAKES THINGS RIGHT, 100%!!
