Payment must be received in full before items are shipped. Orders may
be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within eBay’s
required timeframe.
3. Shipping Policy
We ship orders within the handling time specified on each listing.
Shipping carriers and methods may vary based on location and item
size. We participate in eBay’s International Shipping Program for
eligible listings; international orders are subject to eBay’s global
shipping terms and any applicable import fees or customs charges.
4. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We cover the cost of
return shipping. Returned items must be in their original condition and
include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Refunds are
issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Cancellations & Exchanges
Order cancellations are accepted prior to shipment. Once an item
ships, you may request a return instead. Exchanges may be offered at
our discretion, depending on item availability.
