Pkg was so filled with dust and dirt that it got all over our other rugs/floor. He expressed neither surprise nor apology, reiterating his claim: when we attached photographs (attached here), he suggested we drop by his local storefront to have it “dry cleaned“ (like the first time?!?). Presumably, he hoped we’d buy more merchandise if he got us there. Sounds scammy to me. The claim that we tried to lure you in to sell more is completely **false, unfair and defamatory**. Our only intention is to resolve this, still more than willing to make this right, please contact us.
