Retevis is an established company, with offices in the USA. All the Retevis items I've purchased have been well-built and good quality. They go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. My order of this particular item had a problem in shipping. I contacted Retevis,; they responded promptly and resolved the problem.

Two of the batteries for the radios seem to have completely died when received package but was able to contact the seller and they were able to make it right by sending out some replacments.
