All were in sealed electrostatic bags. All drives passed a basic SMART test (Crystal Disk Info) as well as a short self test, short generic test and long self test with SeaTools. All drives had very slight wear and use marks, but nothing more than ones that come with careful general handling. Decent value for size.

I tested the drive, and it seems it is healthy. I am already using it and it works great. Furthermore, the seller is great. I had two other drives I bought a year ago, and one of them was failing. I contacted the seller, and they are sending me another one because it is covered by the seller for 5 years. What a reliable service.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

I ordered two drives, and they were shipped and packaged very securely, firmly seated in foam/plastic inserts and inside antistatic bags. One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.
