The only thing I can honestly say bad would be the firmware that comes with it caused the auto level to go off the bed and I still have yet to figure that out . There is a option with a creality sonic pad to fix this issue. But other than that it came without hardware to put together but I had a complete machine sent to me with hot end and all missing two caps for the bed supports. Definitely looking to buy again . Great value for the $$ !!!

Do not purchase unless you have parts on hand/willing to buy needed parts!
