These are keyed to only Retevis/Aaluince products, unlike other BT handsets but hey it works, sounds great, has its own volume pot and maybe at the most 1 ms delay/latency but it's used with DMR that already has 20-30ms latency. Retevis is an established company, with offices in the USA. All the Retevis items I've purchased have been well-built and good quality. They go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. My order of this particular item had a problem in shipping. I contacted Retevis,; they responded promptly and resolved the problem.

Radios look and feel great even though listed as refurbished. Two of the batteries for the radios seem to have completely died when received package but was able to contact the seller and they were able to make it right by sending out some replacments.
