I contacted the seller prior to delivery about not receiving item by due date and over a week after. He dug into it and discovered the unusual tracking information. He gave a full refund and requested pictures to file a claim with FedX. He also told me no need to return the item which I was thankful for because its always a pain. Im very confident to use this seller again
