The packaging was ripped & retaped (ok w/ that) but the toy was dirty - packaging was dirty - smelled of animals. I had to take a clorox wipe & wipe down entire toy (parts that were exposed thru packaging), the packaging. There was black on wipe, after wiping down. I was giving this to my grandson who is medically fragile.
