They do provide a 5 year warranty and they do stand by it! I've had a few drives fail over the years. I contact them, they have me ship them back and they ship me replacement drives. Can't really ask for better!

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!
