The answer was no but the computer would be in the same condition as the photos used. I took a chance and was not surprised to be disappointed. The computer had scratches on the back, none were in the photos, scratches on the screen, not shown or documented in the vendors description, and the retina start up feature did not work at all. I notified the vendor on 5/9, no response. Ebay should stop these practices!
