The only thing was that the screen glass was not completely adhered on the edges of the screen. At first I wanted to buy one refurbished phone from Apple directly but i decided to go with this option and it did not disappointed. I saved about 250 USD. I would definitely recommend this seller.

It arrived in flawless condition, roughly expected time, looked great, great value. The only thing I noticed that could've potentially counted as a negative was the box was a little roughed up...but the box was SEALED with the Apple green pull tabs, 'Apple certified refurbished' sticker on the box, and an OEM extra Apple Sport Band I wasn't expecting based on the description so I am happy.
