- l***o (3)- Feedback gegeven door koper.Afgelopen maandGeverifieerde aankoopTo anyone who ends up here for the same reason I did: Yes, this card is fully compatible with any PCIe 3.0 x4 slot, as long as the card physically fits in your motherboard. It will have a lower speed cap than it would at x8 speeds, but if you’re planing to use it with HDD NAS drives, this does not matter at all. The max read speeds that 8 HDDs could give you would be around 2 GB/s, and PCIe 3.0 x4 is capable of 8 GB/s. I’ve had 0 problems with this card. It “just works.” Art of Server rocks!

Now this new card so far 0 issues sees all 12 and is way faster. A++ you always have my business.

The IT firmware was already loaded to the device and my board recognized it immediately, and I had the capacity for 8 more SATA drives added to my board just like that.

He also ships quickly, and packages everything very well. As a bonus, he also has a YouTube channel covering a lot of the equipment he sells. I've purchased two of these SFF-8643 to 4x SFF-8482 cables, as well as a HBA card from him. All work flawlessly, shipped quickly, looked brand new, and came packaged better than the vast majority of other items I've ordered from other sellers.
