It was very easy to set up, but you have to follow the directions. Xbox X/S games unfortunately have to be played on the internal memory system and any other Xbox games can be played on the storage. You can still move and copy over your Xbox X/S games which then transfers it back.This is still amazing and has saved me so much memory. I will be buying again from them. The owner definitely did a great job overall in every aspect.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

I ordered two drives, and they were shipped and packaged very securely, firmly seated in foam/plastic inserts and inside antistatic bags. One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.
