All items are dispatched within 1 business day of cleared payment. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Signed For – tracked and signed. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, or a similar secure service. All items are carefully packaged and fully insured for transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or postal delays, especially for international orders.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition and with original packaging. Customised items (e.g., engraved) and resized rings or altered jewellery are non-returnable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
All items are described accurately and to the best of our knowledge. Coins and medals are sold as pictured and may show signs of age or patina unless otherwise stated. Jewellery and watches are inspected and described in detail, including any notable wear or service history. If you require further photos or specific information, please contact us before purchasing.
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if the item has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the return process must be followed instead.
