They were very responsive up until I made the payment, after that they took so long to mail the product and took forever to answer my follow up questions. When I received the bag, I told them I wasn’t satisfied and asked for assistance then they stopped answering my messages all together. It came super quick in two and a half days and it was packaged very well in bubble wrap and paper stuffing. The last important item is that the value was super great.
